Our Monday night session is currently on hold, as socially distanced running is difficult in the dark. Instead, we're offering a Saturday morning session at 9am. Please note these sessions require advance registration.

The core of Canton Chargers is our weekly running Meetup. The session consist of a warm up, followed by a 'down and back' run and a cool down. No-one is expected to run at a particular speed, you can run at your own pace. Sessions last around an hour.
It's a great way to get experience running with others and like all Canton Chargers sessions, is free of charge.
